As a sales representative you will be responsible for identifying and building new business. You will be expected to disrupt customers' thinking and build consensus for Altus solutions to secure growth.


  • Design and implement sales strategies to ensure the company meets its revenue objectives by growing new accounts.
  • Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about our service model and our solutions for their business.
  • Research prospective clients to identify the right stakeholders to sell to.
  • Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges.
  • Increase Altus sales volume and deal size.
  • Regularly update the sales technology with the latest client information and intelligence for account planning purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging to clients, and help them gather voice of the customer information where needed.


  • 5+ years of work experience and proven track record of sales/business development. (health care preferred)


  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related degrees.


Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. 

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. 

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to communicate in a high pressure environment.
